Return and Exchange


At We Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving it to initiate a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective. In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please allow 7 days for the refund or exchange to be processed. All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
